Safety & Reporting

Photo permissions, prohibited uses and reporting harmful or unauthorized content.

Adults and photo permission

The studio is for users aged 18 or older and currently supports one adult per photo. Use your own photo or obtain the necessary photo rights and the depicted adult's informed permission to make and share an AI video. A public photo or a famous face is not automatic permission to animate or publish that person's likeness.

Prohibited uses

Do not submit or create:

  • Photos of minors, sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving minors.
  • Sexual content or intimate imagery without consent.
  • Targeted harassment, threats, hateful abuse or graphic violence.
  • Identity fraud, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements or AI performances presented as genuine recordings.
  • Material that violates copyright, image rights or privacy, or that you cannot lawfully share with a processing service.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, account access controls or provider restrictions.

The full acceptable-use rules are in the Terms of Service.

Review before sharing

Confirm the intended photo before generation, then watch the whole result before publishing. Label shared output as AI-generated. Do not use artifacts or an unexpected expression to mislead people about what a person did, said or endorsed.

When service screening is enabled, the preset text instructions and uploaded photo are checked before generation. Model-provider checks also apply. A rejection stops the request; an unavailable required check does not count as approval. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not establish identity, age, ownership or permission. We do not claim every frame receives human review. Do not resubmit prohibited material to try to obtain a different decision.

Report a concern without an account

Submit reports through the existing feedback channels: email support@burningbridgesstudio.com or use an account support ticket. Email does not require an account. Put the type of concern in the subject and include the page or media URL, task reference if known, a short explanation and your relationship to the material. Tell us how to contact you for follow-up.

For a likeness or rights complaint, explain which person or work is affected and why the use appears unauthorized. Do not send passwords, API keys, identity documents or extra intimate images. If the material is sensitive, identify it by URL instead of attaching another copy.

Enforcement and review

Requests identified as violating the rules are refused. Requests stopped before the generation-credit deduction use no generation credits, and an unavailable required safety check does not count as approval. Do not repeatedly submit prohibited material or attempt to bypass the decision.

We review reports manually and may request clarification. If a violation is confirmed, we may issue a written warning requiring the prohibited use to stop, remove the related photos or generated files from storage we control, or restrict access to those files. The action depends on the available evidence and seriousness of the violation. Removal cannot recall copies others have already downloaded or shared.

Notice and appeals through existing feedback channels

When we can contact the affected user, we explain the decision and its reason by email or the existing account support ticket, unless privacy, an investigation or applicable law limits what we can disclose. If you believe the decision is incorrect, reply through the same feedback channel or contact Support. Include the task reference or decision and the additional information you want us to consider. We review it and communicate the outcome through that channel.

The Terms of Service explain these measures. A report or warning does not automatically change a credit balance, approve a cash refund or promise a regeneration. There is no guaranteed review deadline, and this mailbox is not an emergency service. See Privacy and Refunds for related requests.
