Terms of Service

The service

Upload one authorized photo of an adult. The system generates a party video with preset AI prompts; you do not need to write a prompt. The current experience targets a 15-second, 16:9 MP4 with audio when available. Actual duration and details can vary. Generation is available only when the required services are ready.

Videos are generated using the Kling AI model.

Acceptable use rules

Generation is for users aged 18 or older and supports one adult per source photo. Use your own photo or obtain the necessary image rights and the depicted adult's informed permission to make an AI video. Possessing an image does not necessarily authorize animating or publishing someone's likeness.

Checking the authorization box and starting a task authorizes the processing needed to store the uploaded photo, generate the video when you click Generate, store the result and deliver it. This includes sending your photo and preset text instructions to external AI processing services as described in the Privacy Policy. The checkbox is your declaration, not an identity, age or ownership verification.

Do not submit or use the service for:

• Photos of minors, sexual exploitation, sexualized content or intimate imagery without consent.
• Harassment, threats, hateful abuse or graphic violence.
• Identity fraud, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements or presenting an AI performance as a genuine recording.
• Material that infringes copyright, image rights, privacy or other people's rights, or that you cannot lawfully provide to a processing service.
• Accessing someone else's account or tasks, evading access controls or abusing the service.

Check the photo preview before clicking Generate and review the completed video before sharing. Identify shared results as AI-generated and respect the source owner's and depicted person's permitted uses. Generation does not establish ownership or permission. Report rights or misuse concerns through the existing feedback channels: email support@burningbridgesstudio.com or open an account support ticket. Include the relevant task reference or link and a brief explanation; avoid sending unrelated sensitive material.

Enforcement, notice and appeals

Requests identified as violating these rules are refused and must not be resubmitted to bypass a decision. Requests rejected before the generation-credit deduction use no generation credits. A required safety check that is unavailable does not count as approval.

We review reports manually and may ask for information needed to identify the affected task, content or rights holder. If a violation is confirmed, we may issue a written warning requiring the prohibited use to stop, remove the related photos or generated files from storage we control, or restrict access to those files. We choose the action according to the available evidence and the seriousness of the violation. Removing material from our service cannot recall copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.

When we have a way to contact the affected user, we explain the decision and its reason through email or the existing account support ticket, unless doing so would expose another person's private information, compromise an investigation or conflict with applicable law. To request reconsideration, reply through the same feedback channel or contact Support, quoting the task reference or decision and explaining why you believe it is incorrect. We review the additional information and communicate the outcome through that channel. We do not promise a fixed review deadline.

Generation-credit returns and purchase-refund requests follow the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. A report or warning does not automatically change the account's credit balance or approve a payment refund.

Credits and payments

The studio offers one-time credit packs with no recurring subscription. Sign-in is required to generate videos. Signup does not include free generation credits; purchase a credit pack before starting a new video if your balance is insufficient. After required input checks pass, a new task deducts 100 credits, saves your photo and starts video generation without a second confirmation. Requests stopped before that deduction use no generation credits. Submitted generation cannot be canceled through the studio. Older tasks already waiting for confirmation retain their cancel-and-return option. The checkout confirms the pack price. Technical generation failures return credits. A completed video that differs in appearance, hands or movement does not automatically qualify for a credit return. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

If the submission response is interrupted, the studio checks the existing provider request and attempts to recover progress automatically when task status updates. Checking or refreshing an existing task does not start another paid generation. Follow its saved status and contact Support if it remains unresolved.

AI limitations

AI-generated visual details, movement and consistency can vary. A successful API result is not a guarantee of visual quality. Examples marked as concept artwork are illustrations, not evidence of generation quality.

Music and affiliation

New videos include available audio by default; earlier saved videos may be silent. This does not promise a particular song or a newly composed soundtrack. No music usage license is included. Review the audio and publish only what you are authorized to use. The studio is independent of any artist, label or original production.
